Terms of Service - LootLink

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LootLink (the "Service"), provided by Forestsoft GmbH ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, such as cloud synchronization and social features, you may register for an account using supported authentication providers (e.g. Google Sign-In). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

3. User Collection Data & Services

LootLink provides an offline-first TCG collection management platform. Your local collection data, digital binders, and scan history remain stored on your device and are synchronized to our cloud servers when logged in. You retain ownership of your personal collection entries. We reserve the right to modify or suspend services to protect infrastructure integrity and prevent abuse.

4. TCG Card Data & Pricing Disclaimer

Card metadata, images, and market price trends are aggregated from public TCG databases and market feeds (such as TCGdex and Cardmarket). All pricing and market trend data are provided for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or commercial appraisal advice.

5. Intellectual Property

The LootLink software, branding, user interface designs, and proprietary algorithms are owned by Forestsoft GmbH. All TCG card names, artwork, symbols, and trademarks (including Pokémon, Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures) belong to their respective copyright and trademark owners. LootLink is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Nintendo or Pokémon Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forestsoft GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, including data loss or market price reliance.
