# LootLink

> LootLink (https://lootlink.app) is an offline-first TCG collection management and fast AI scanner app built specifically for European card collectors.

## Summary

LootLink provides European trading card game (TCG) collectors — starting with the Pokémon TCG — with an instant, private, on-device AI card scanner, an offline-first binder and collection database, native European Cardmarket pricing in EUR, authentic 7-tier Cardmarket condition grading, multi-language print tracking, and an append-only provenance ledger.

Unlike US-centric trackers that convert USD prices, require constant cloud uploads, or enforce American NM/LP condition tiers, LootLink is designed ground-up for European marketplace standards and trade tables.

## Available Features (Currently Implemented)

- **On-Device AI Card Scanning**: Local TFLite perspective quad detection (`card_rect_v1`) + ML Kit text OCR + 256-dimensional neural art fingerprinting (`card_art_embed_v1`). Identifies cards in 1–2 seconds. **100% Private**: Camera photos stay on your device and are NEVER uploaded to cloud servers. No scan counters, daily limits, or paywalled scans.
- **Offline-First Binders & Collection Database**: Built on a local SQLite database (synced via PowerSync). System Binders (`Collection`, `Favorites`, `Wishlist`), custom digital binders, condition/language tagging, quantities, and real-time offline search. Works fully without Wi-Fi or cellular signal.
- **Native Cardmarket EUR Pricing**: Direct Cardmarket trend and low price snapshots in EUR updated daily via a background TCGdex worker pipeline. Cached locally in SQLite for instant offline access without currency conversions.
- **Authentic 7-Tier Cardmarket Grading**: Uses European Cardmarket grading standards natively: Mint (MT), Near Mint (NM), Excellent (EX), Good (GD), Light Played (LP), Played (PL), and Poor (PO). No forced translation to US NM/LP/HP tiers.
- **Print Languages & Variant Separation**: Full catalog support for 7 TCG print languages (`de`, `en`, `fr`, `it`, `es`, `jp`, `pt`) and variant differentiation (Base, Holo, Reverse Holo, Promo). On-device ML Kit OCR and trigram matching automatically detect the card's print language.
- **Provenance Ledger & Instant QR Trading**: Append-only log tracking card origins and trades (`bought`, `gifted`, `traded`, `pulled`, purchase price in EUR, location, notes, and lineage tree). Supports 1-tap card instance transfers and QR gift/trade transfers between friends.
- **Social Friends & Trade Binder Web Share**: Dedicated Social tab for adding friends via invite links or QR codes, viewing trade partners, and generating read-only web share links for trade binders (`lootlink.app/share/<token>`).
- **Player Card / Profile Shell**: Player Profile tab displaying trainer identity, portfolio statistics, showcase flex slots, level/XP framework, and quick trade binder sharing.
- **Native CSV Export**: One-tap export of binders, collections, and wishlists to CSV files via native mobile share dialogs.
- **Ad-Free & Privacy-First**: Completely free of banner ads, popups, or tracking. Full GDPR compliance with self-service account data export and cloud data purging.

## Planned Features (Active Roadmap)

- **CSV Collection Import Engine**: Import existing binder/collection files from TCGplayer, Collectr, Pokellector, or custom spreadsheets directly into LootLink's local SQLite database without manual re-entry.
- **AI Vision Grading Engine**: On-device centering ratio calculation and AI condition scoring (PSA-style 4-category grading).
- **Full Trainer Avatar Forge**: Advanced customization engine with Skia holo/rainbow shaders, 7 evolution stages, and gyro tilt effects (expanding the existing Player Profile shell).
- **NFC Trade Share & Contact Bumping**: Fast local trade negotiations and collection sharing via NFC / contact bumping.
- **Trade Radar Push Notifications**: Automated push notifications when friends or nearby trade partners have cards on their wishlist that match your trade binder.
- **Family Pass & Parental Controls**: Shared collection management under GDPR-compliant parental consent for younger collectors.
